 Investiture Ceremony

Air Cmdr VK Bali, Air Officer Commanding. Air Force station Halwara administered the oath to the school appointments and pinned the designation plates to their uniforms at the Investiture ceremony on the 17th of July 2004. Interspersed with personal anecdotes, his speech to students exhorted them to excel in life.
